In his speech, Wen Xinji, deputy director of Pingluo County Emergency Management Bureau, affirmed Taikang Pharmaceutical's practice in safety production management and put forward new requirements for safety production work.

Fan Qinghua, vice president of equipment technology, pointed out that the safety work of the workshops in the first half of the year is obvious to all, with both bright spots and blind spots, and systematically explained the shortcomings of the current safety work of Taikang Pharmaceutical from the aspects of safety education and training, risk level control, hidden danger investigation and management, and three-level safety management system, and put forward requirements, first, strengthen the "three key points" control. That is, the supervision of key processes, major hazards, and key hazardous chemicals, and the standardization of personnel operation processes to prevent accidents. The second is to establish and improve the hidden danger investigation and management mechanism, consolidate the safety foundation, combined with the relevant provisions of the new "safety production Law", improve the construction level of the "double prevention system", carry out self-inspection and self-correction, and fully ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of equipment. The third is to enhance the sense of responsibility, fully and correctly understand the importance of "running and dripping", and standardize the eight major operation tickets. The fourth is to form a joint management of safety culture, green corporate culture. With a good atmosphere to promote all employees to participate in the community, work together to form a community of interests, call on all employees to participate in the safety production management work, follow the "life first" concept, to achieve "four no harm" will always implement safety work.

Finally, Executive Vice President Luo Wanjun analyzed the work situation of safety production in the first half of the year, and deployed the next stage of work tasks. He stressed that 99% of safety accidents are caused by luck, and if safety cannot be guaranteed, how can production continue? Taikang Pharmaceutical should deepen the implementation of safety work, always maintain the tenacity to grasp safety, and focus on three aspects.

First, improve security awareness and understand the security situation. Take the implementation of the main responsibility as the starting point of current work safety. In accordance with the requirements of "safety inspection" and "industry standards", further strengthen the implementation of the main responsibilities of various departments and workshops, and implement the responsibility for safety production into all aspects and various fields in a highly responsible attitude towards employees, the company and the group company, to ensure the good situation of safety production work continues to be stable.

Second, improve the safety assessment mechanism and implement the construction of three-level safety standardization. All departments should perform safety duties, supervision, inspection and assessment, take safety production as the primary premise, put an end to illegal operations, and be responsible for every employee, family and enterprise. The safety assessment mechanism will be transformed into the conscious action of each employee, and the organic unity of safe production, safe life and safety and environmental protection will be built. The construction of safety standardization is the upgrading factor of the scale of the enterprise safety production system. It is necessary to clarify responsibilities, standardize operating standards, fundamentally regulate the safety behavior of employees, promote the construction of a long-term mechanism for safety production, and effectively prevent accidents.

Third, strengthen production safety training and education. Conscientiously carry out the study and training of the new "Safety Production Law" and other regulations, and guide all staff to participate in safety supervision. Safety education is a systematic project. All departments and workshops should formulate safety training plans scientifically and supervise their implementation. Only by strengthening the safety education and training management of all staff, broadening the safety education and training surface, and improving the safety awareness, prevention ability and comprehensive quality of all staff, can we continue to promote the improvement of the safety management level of enterprises.
