September is the annual "Quality Month". "Quality Month" is an annual thematic activity under the advocacy and deployment of relevant government departments, and the active participation of the whole society, especially the majority of enterprises, aimed at improving the quality awareness and quality level of the whole people.  The General Administration of Market Supervision and other 20 departments are scheduled to jointly carry out the 2021 national "Quality Month" activities with the theme of "In-depth implementation of quality improvement actions to vigorously promote the construction of a quality power" in September 2021.

Quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise, quality is the industrial basis for the development and growth of an enterprise, whenever we mention quality, we will think of products. As an enterprise, from product development, material procurement, organization of production to sales channels, and finally customer feedback, quality plays a pivotal role.

Attach importance to coordination and cooperation. The transfer of team handover and shift handover records can communicate information, find problems and solve them in time. When the shift is over, the personnel on duty report the quality of the inspection, equipment operation, instrument integrity and work progress. The succession monitor shall make arrangements according to the work content, including personnel allocation, precautions, explanation of risk factors in place, attention to sample protection during the sampling process, etc., so as to achieve information exchange. And combined with the recent weather conditions, emphasis on the safety precautions for sampling on rainy days, entering the workshop to protect personal safety, pay attention to riding, and effectively protect the safety and health of experimental personnel.

Strengthen quality awareness. "Quality in my heart, quality in my hands" is the quality that every employee should have, quality is the life of the enterprise, then quality awareness is the soul of the life of the enterprise, so to improve product quality, we must first enhance quality awareness. Theoretical knowledge training is the basis of practice. The quality management department strengthens theoretical training on the weak items in daily work to consolidate the foundation.

Improve practical skills. Practice is the key to test whether the theoretical knowledge is solid or not, for beginners, the practical operation steps are mostly copied on paper, combined with the actual testing needs, from equipment, instrument management to the preparation before the start of the experiment, from sampling precautions to solution preparation to explain, in the form of introduction while asking questions, to consolidate theoretical knowledge and improve practical ability.

Survival by quality, development by quality, reputation by quality, not only improve quality awareness during the "Quality Month" activity, Taikang Pharmaceutical will continue to integrate quality awareness into daily work, see the big from the small, to the point to meet, and gradually deepen the quality work to the actual implementation.
